From its inception in May 2005, Canada’s Telecommunications Hall of Fame has made considerable progress in achieving its goals and objectives. The credit for our initial success belongs to a core group of friends, volunteers and supporters who have devoted themselves tirelessly to paying tribute to others. These individuals include Bernard Haughian, Robert Libbey, Benoit Laroche, Rudy Geffroyd, Toni Newman, Nabil Doss, Joanne Kennedy, Michelle Sullivan, Kris Robillard, Michael Dunlop, David Colville, Professor Hudson Janisch, Joe Bongiorno, Dave Anderson, Jean-Guy Rens, and all the members of the Hall of Fame Nominations Committee and Selections Committee, as well as the Board of Governors of the Hall of Fame Foundation. Without your efforts, there would be no Hall of Fame.
In addition to the foregoing, Canada’s Telecommunications Hall of Fame wishes to extend its sincere appreciation to each of the following individuals and organizations for their support and hard-work in the creation and ongoing operation of Canada’s Telecommunications Hall of Fame, and to the many others who have expressed their support for the Hall of Fame whose names are unintentionally omitted.
