Canada's Telecommunications Hall of Fame Foundation (the CTHOF Foundation) is a federally- registered not-for-profit charitable corporation established as the official fund-raising arm of Canada’s Telecommunications Hall of Fame.

Canada's Telecommunications Hall of Fame Foundation received its Letters Patent under the Canada Corporations Act on August 9, 2005, and was registered as a charity under the Income Tax Act effective September 1, 2005, and designated as a Private Foundation. The registration number for the CTHOF Foundation is 82791 2544RR0001.

Charitable donations to support the activities of Canada’s Telecommunications Hall of Fame are to be made payable to the CTHOF Foundation. Unless instructed otherwise, the CTHOF Foundation will issue official tax receipts for all donations of $10 or greater.
